• Marketing subscriptions — VIP Club and Birthday Club sign-ups, including birthday month and email/SMS consent.
• AI assistant conversations — messages you voluntarily submit to the Lou's Blues Dragon AI concierge and any contact details you provide within chat.
• Automatic data — IP address, device and browser type, and aggregated website usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Media release records — when you voluntarily submit a digital photo & video release, the name, signature, and consent choices you provide.

Online ordering, gift cards, and ticketing are processed through approved third-party platforms. We do not receive or store full payment card details on this website or in our CRM. Payment processing is governed by the terms of the applicable provider at checkout.
