Name the Dragon — Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor
Sponsor: Lou's Blues Inc, operating as Lou's Blues Bar & Grill, 3191 N Hwy A1A, Indialantic, FL 32903.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lou's Blues and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
3. Contest Dates
The contest begins on to be set by management and ends on to be set by management. Entries must be received by the end date.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, submit a dragon name suggestion along with your name, email, phone, and zip code on our Name the Dragon page. You must agree to the contest terms. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. Entry Limitations
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Entries must be original and not violate any third-party rights.
6. Name Submission Rules
Submitted names must not be obscene, defamatory, or infringe on trademarks or other rights. Lou's Blues reserves the right to reject any entry that is inappropriate or legally problematic.
7. Finalist Selection
Lou's Blues management will review submissions and select up to five (5) finalist names. Selection is at the sole discretion of management.
8. Public Voting
Finalist names may be put to a public vote. Voting is limited to one vote per person. Lou's Blues reserves the right to disqualify votes it determines to be fraudulent or automated.
9. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected from the finalists by management, with or without public vote input, at management's sole discretion. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a $100 Lou's Blues Gift Card (approximate retail value $100 USD). The gift card may be used toward food, drinks, and merchandise at Lou's Blues, subject to the gift-card terms. No cash alternative or substitution is offered except at Lou's Blues' discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
11. Publicity Permission
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Lou's Blues to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest without additional compensation.
12. Privacy of Entrant Information
Personal information collected through contest entries is used to administer the contest and notify the winner, as described in our Privacy Policy. Entering the contest does not automatically enroll you in marketing; marketing enrollment requires separate, opt-in consent.
13. Platform Non-Sponsorship
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform or third-party service on which it may be promoted. Any questions should be directed to Lou's Blues, not the platform.
14. General Conditions
Lou's Blues reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond its control compromises the integrity of the contest. Void where prohibited by law.
