The Lou's Blues Dragon mascot and all character artwork are the property of Lou's Blues.
4. Prohibited Use of Materials
You may not reproduce, download, distribute, or make commercial use of any logo, photograph, video, illustration, mascot artwork, or other protected material from this site without prior written permission from Lou's Blues. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
5. Menus, Prices & Promotions

6. Events & Entertainment
Show times, performers, and event details are subject to change or cancellation. Lou's Blues is a 21+ venue for late-night entertainment; valid ID is required. Unless otherwise noted, there is no cover charge. We are not responsible for event information provided by third-party platforms.
7. Reservations & Ticketing
Submitting a catering or private-party inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability, deposits, and policies are confirmed by our staff directly. Where events are ticketed, ticketing is handled through approved third-party platforms whose terms apply at purchase.
8. Third-Party Services
This site links to online ordering, gift card, ticketing, and social media services operated by third parties. Lou's Blues is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued and fulfilled through our approved gift-card platform. Terms, expiration, and balance information are provided by that platform.
10. Contest Rules
The Name the Dragon contest is governed by its official rules, available on our Contest Rules page. The contest remains in draft status until the official rules, dates, and prize are approved by management.
11. User Submissions
By submitting information through our forms, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
12. AI Assistant Limitations
The Lou's Blues Dragon AI concierge provides general information based on approved venue content. It may not always be complete or up to date and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or financial advice. It does not process payments. For confirmed details, contact our staff directly.
